We hereby inform you that Sodecia Automotive International, SA has entered into a joint venture (JV) agreement on 18th of November 2025 with Neel Metal Products Limited, a company belonging to the JBM Group, based in India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This JV provides for the establishment of a new commercial company in India, aims to jointly develop hot stamping activities in the design, engineering, manufacturing and supply of parts for the automotive and other industries in India. A state-of-the-art manufacturing facility will be set up at Chakan Industrial Area, Pune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The parties undertake to provide all necessary management and industrial assistance to the JV to achieve the best synergies in the automotive market, while considering other hot stamping possibilities to be developed jointly in other geographical areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
